This building, named "Seafield House", is located in the south part of Commercial Street. It is bordered to the south to Chromate Lane and to the north to Seafield Court.

Seafield House dates back to the 18th century and is a Grade B listed building.
It was formerly the town house of the Ogilvy of Seafield in Yell.


The current, (2010), occupier of the shop area is Magpies Nest.
