Alder Lodge Guest House is located at 6 Clairmont Place, Lerwick. The house was built in 1840 as the first bank in Shetland, The Union Bank.
Alder Lodge is situated in Lerwick's town centre and near to all amenities. Recently refurbished Guest house with 4 double rooms, 3 twin rooms, 2 family rooms and 1 single room. All rooms are ensuite except the single room which has its own private bathroom and have TV with built in Freeview and DVD player, fridges, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers. Free Wifi is available throughout the building.
