Browns Road looking North.

Browns Road runs north from Commercial Road and then links to the North Ness Business Park. Although there is pedestrian access from Commercial Road, the only vehicle access is from the roundabout at The Bargain Centre, and via the north ness link road.
During WWII refugees brought to Shetland by The Shetland Bus were housed in a camp in James Sutherland's Herring Factory, at the end of Browns Road.
