Burra County Council By-Election April 1920

The 1920 Burra County Council By-Election took place on 15 April. In 1919, William Sinclair was elected to both Burra and to Whiteness and Weisdale, and as he chose to represent the latter George Anderson was appointed.
Following the death of Charles Lennie on 27 June 1909, Robert Inkster was unanimously appointed by the council two months later at the council meeting.
