Burra Isle War Memorial is erected at Bridge End. The front of the memorial has the inscription : To the Glory of God and in grateful memory of the Burra Isle men who made the supreme sacrifice in the Great War 1914 - 1918
On the sides of the column are listed the names of the fallen men.
Near the base on one of the sides is added the inscription : In memory of the men who gave their lives 1939 - 1945, and a list of the fallen in World War II.
