Kelly Opticians, at 58 Commercial Street, Lerwick, is Shetland's main opticians.
The business is now owned by Mrs Kelly, following the departure of her husband from Shetland.

The premises at 58, Commercial Street were occupied from 1910 to 1940 by solicitor John B Anderson, whose brothers Thomas and Robert had owned the neighbouring building at 62, Commercial Street , trading as Anderson & Co. The Shetland Hand Knitters Association then occupied the premises until the mid 1960's at which time optician, Andrew B. Jamieson became the owner, until his retirement in c 1986. The premises continue to be used by opticians, initially by Kelly Opticians, subsequently by C Kelly Optician.
