Captain Flint's (commonly Flints) is a pub in Lerwick, located on the Market Cross, above the shop D. G. Leslie. It has two floors, both with bars on, however the top floor has two pool tables, whereas downstairs has a stage.

The pub is named after Captain J. Flint (sometimes also referenced as Josuah or John Flint) the fictional (?) notorious captain of a pirate ship, the Walrus, in the novel Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson (1850-1894) and/or John Silver's (quatermaster of the Walrus) parrot, who later was called Captain Flint in mockery.

In the summer of 2005, the Captain Flint's mascot, a pirate toy bird, was stolen by Norwegian yachtsmen, and it was returned in the summer of 2006, accompanied with photos of where it had been.

The pub also hosts gigs and most recently held the 2008 Battle of the Bands, which was won by Scaldin' Bragg
