Castle Street

Castle Street, looking south.

Castle Street runs south, on the west side of the East Voe of Scalloway, from it's junction with New Road, opposite the Scalloway swimming pool, to it's junction with New Street, adjacent to Scalloway Castle. The street then turns east past the front of the castle and onto Blacksness Pier.

Near the south end of the street, on the east side, are the former premises of the 'Shetland Woolen Company ' which, it was announced in 2009, is to become the new home of the Scalloway Museum.
