We need more pictures of the piers and marinas,, I am always on the road so I will get what I can, but would welcome some help with pics.. Heimdal,, do you have any up to date ones of Aithsvoe??. And should Aithsvoe Marina be "Also known as: Cunningsburgh Marina" ??

I'm sure I have some more recent Aithsvoe pics, will have a look (filing system not world-class). Ref the alternative name, it may be called that outside of the area ;locally it's 'Da Marina', and the outer part where the pier is is 'Da Voe'.Heimdal 16:06, 12 March 2007 (MDT)

Is the Aithsvoe Pier Trust still an entity?? I seem to remember seeing it listed somewhere with Neil Smith as the chairman or secretary.. any ideas??....
And Yes,, "Da Marina" is the most common "Known As" :-)

The Aithsvoe Pier Trust is still on the go, responsible for the pier (refaced and now with electric crane), the single landing pontoon and the building with the lockers and toilets, and controls the swinging moorings, I think.
