I'm sorry to bring this old problem to the fore again, but is there any way that we can get some more information added to some of these music pages.
Simple fact is that if music is so important to Shetland, that the council are prepared to spend millions on an architectural carbuncle to promote Shetland music, then we should be able to find more than 1 or 2 lines on most of the current musical acts in the isle.
Do these bands perform? If so when and where. Surely that kind of information is available. That could also give us links to the venues. It would be great to see each bands page with a list of their gigs, past/present/and future.
If this kind of information is not available, then of course we don't need a Mareel page, and by default, Shetland doesn't need Mareel.
Controversial statement. But nevertheless, true.

I don't think that Shetlopedia should be a page for listing gigs past present and future personally, that is for the bands' websites. I do agree that they could have much more info though. I'll see what I can get done. JAStewart 10:07, 16 April 2008 (MDT)
- Does that not mean that football matches/results should be on the teams web pages too?? I thought that the more thing a page have on, the better it is

I get a 'Forbidden' message. Oddrun gets the same result. Is this just a Norskie problem, or is it the same for all??
Cheers,
