Right,, now we can actually get on with the job.

To add a recipe just type the name in the search box, then click on go. This will open a search result page, which will show nothing, unless there happens to be a recipe of that name hiding somewhere already.
But assuming it shows nothing there will be a red link "Create this page", click on that and add the info. Don't worry if it goes a bit wrong, I'll watch what's going on and tidy things up. ;-)
And thanks for the help on a subject which is seriously overdue.
