Surprisingly, given the population, Brae, the Delting Boating Club, is behind the rest of Shetland in setting up a marina facility.
But their marina when completed in the early summer of 2007 is likely to be one of the best.
Because of it's central location, the Delting Boating Club has been host to the meetings of the newly formed Shetland Marinas Piers and Boating Clubs Association, (SMPBCA)
