Frederick Dundas, Liberal Party, was elected as MP for the constituency of Orkney & Shetland on 4th August 1837, replacing Thomas Balfour. He served until 1847 when he was replaced by Arthur Anderson. Then was returned to the seat again from 1852 to 1873 when he was replaced by Samuel Laing.
Frederick Dundas was born on 14th June 1802, and died on 26th October 1872.
