George Douglas

George Douglas, (1662 - 1738), 13th Earl of Morton, was elected to represent the constituency of Orkney & Shetland in 1713. He was the 2nd MP for the constituency, replacing Sir Alexander Douglas, and served until 1715, when he was replaced by James Moodie.
He was elected to the seat again in 1722 and served until 1730 when he was replaced by Robert Douglas.
