Gluss Isle is a small island on the east coast of Northmavine, in the north Shetland Mainland. It lies 1.5km SE of the village of Ollaberry and is separated from the mainland, to the west, by Gluss Voe and to the east by Sullom Voe. The island which is about 2km long, rises to a height of 62m, at Ramna Hill.
Gluss Isle is linked with Shetland Mainland via Gluss Ayre, a tombolo on the south coast of Gluss Isle.
