Hamnavoe Pier, in the village of Hamnavoe, on the west island of Burra, is a natural harbour. In the past Hamnavoe was home to a thriving fishing industry.
A marina facility which has been planned for Hamnavoe, and given planning approval, could be in place in the near future.
