The Harmonie (alternatively Harmony), a barque, 426 Tons gross, built 1840 Jakobstad, Finland, registered in Bergen, Norway, Captain Hansen, twelve crew. In passage laden with a cargo of stockfish for Venice and Trieste, Italy, this vessel wrecked on the Ness Of Queyon, Otters Wick, East Yell on December 19th 1847. Eleven of the crew were saved, one was lost, and the vessel went to pieces in ten minutes.
