Harry's Department Store is an all-purpose shop on Commercial Street, Lerwick. It has three levels: Second floor (Childrens toys, bikes), first floor (House items and seasonal gifts), ground floor (Hair products, Cards & Oddities). The ground floor exits onto the Esplanade and the first floor exits onto Commercial Street.
Harry's started out as a gents hairdressers in the shop now occupied by The Spinning Wheel, on the Esplanade. At that time as well as hairdressing, some toys were sold.
The expansion of toy sales saw the business move to larger premises and become known as Harry's Toy Shop, with a hairdressers business attached with an entrance from the Esplanade.
