Hascosay is an uninhabited island lying between Yell and Fetlar. It is separated from Fetlar by Colgrave Sound, and separated from Yell by Hascosay Sound and South Sound, which form the north and south entrances to Mid Yell Voe.
At the north end of the island is the small bay of Djuba Wick, and near the south end is the bay of Housa Wick.
The island was populated until the mid 19th century and the remains of a chapel exists on the west side of the island.
The Braconlea wrecked on the Baa of Hascosay on October 7th 1952.
