The Holm of Skaw is a small islet which lies off the northeast coast of the island of Unst, and just northeast of the settlement of Skaw, the most northerly settlement in Shetland.

On 16th October 1958 the Russian trawler Urbe was wrecked on the holm, and this was the first call to service for the new Lerwick Lifeboat, the Claude Cecil Staniforth.
