The Ibis (A61), a steel hulled steam fishing trawler, 30.53 L x 6.22 B x 3.2 D metres, 142 gross tons, built 1892 W. Hamilton & Co. Port Glasgow, Scotland, owner Peter Johnstone, Aberdeen, (part of the Silver City Steam Trawling Co Ltd), Captain J. W. Spaven, eight crew, registered in Aberdeen, Scotland, while on a fishing trip out of Kirkwall, Orkney, drove ashore on the Rumble Rocks, Yell Sound during a snowstorm on March 21st 1904. Her crew were rescued by the fellow Aberdeen registered trawler Sunbeam (A680).
