The Industry is a sixareen built in 1891 by Malcolm Laurenson for John Jeromson of Vaila, with the intention of bidding for the Foula Mail Boat contract. His bid was successful and she entered service, it is believed she was the first vessel to have been purpose built to do so.
She is now the sole surviving sixareen from the Haaf Fishing era, and is preserved as an exhibit in Shetland Museum.
When the Shetland Museum had a new sixareen built in 2008, the Vaila Mae, the Industry was used as the basis for the design.
