The Jessies a wooden hulled lugger, 18 net tons, owner W. Spence, Lerwick, captain J. Tulloch, registered in Lerwick. Carrying a cargo of shingle, broke from moorings in Bressay Sound during ENE Force 7 winds, with no-one aboard, and foundered at a position 0.25 miles W of the Loofa Baa on April 25th 1908.
