John Shedden

John Shedden, (born John Sheddon Johnson (2 April 1938, Lochend House), Lerwick, sometimes credited as John Sheddon, is a TV, film and stage actor.

He has appeared on numerous notable TV series, including Z Cars, Still Games, Taggart, Rab C. Nesbitt etc.

He also appeared in the film Death Watch, alongside the likes of Romy Schneider, Max von Sydow, Harvey Keitel and Harry Dean Stanton.<ref>http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0081182/fullcredits#cast</ref>

As a theatre actor, he has worked at theatres such as the Royal Lyceum, Perth, the Traverse, Dundee, The Citizens and took part in the revival production of Ane Pleasant Satire of the Thrie Estaitis.<ref name=Splinter>http://www.splintersproductions.co.uk/splinters_print_biogs.pdf</ref> He was nominated for a best actor award by The Stage in 1995.<ref name=Splinter/>
