John T. Reid, Scottish artist, author and illustrator of Art Rambles in Shetland, Edinburgh 1869, which contains a number of fine engravings of Shetland scenes. A number of these were also reproduced in Robert Cowie's Shetland and its inhabitants, Edinburgh & London, 1871.
