Lady's Holm, is a small island off the west coast of the south Shetland Mainland. It lies approximately 1.3km west of the settlement of Scatness, on Scat Ness, and 2km southwest of Sumburgh Airport.
The holm rises to a maximum height of 21m and there is a small cairn at the highest point.
At the north end of the holm is a rocky outcrop called 'The Loder', and the southwest tip is called the 'Head of the Holm'.
Between Lady's Holm and Scat Ness lies the smaller islet of Little Holm.
The holm was regularly used for a short period of summer sheep grazing until the very recent past.
