Langa is one of the small islands among the Scalloway Islands about half way between Point of the Pund (Mainland) and Hildasay.
The isle, or nearby Linga (Scalloway), are the most likely locations of the wreck of the Anna on March 3rd 1854.
Langa seen from Burra. In the middle distance, left to right, are North Havra, Hoggs of Hoy, Hoy, and Binna Ness. The hills in the far distance are at the west side of Weisdale Voe.
