Lunnasting War Memorial is erected in Vidlin.
It bears the inscription :
To the Glory of God
and in memory of the brave men of Lunnasting
who died for freedom in the Great War

Then the names are listed, and at the bottom Faithful unto death
At the base there is added a stone plaque with the names of those who lost their lives in the Second World War.
