The Nika (alternatively Nike), a wooden hulled full rigged ship, 320 tons burthen gross, registered in Memel, Prussia (now Klaipėda, Lithuania), Captain Kok or Koch (the records are unclear), fifteen crew. While in passage from Memel, Prussia (now Klaipėda, Lithuania) to Cork or Dublin, Ireland (the available records are in dispute) with a cargo of timber, this vessel wrecked on the south-west tip of the Ness of Cumliewick, Sandwick on September 24th 1818. Thirteen of the crew were drowned, only the ship's carpenter and a seaman were saved.

The wreck was subsequently sold for £52 8s 1d.
