The Nordstjernen (Alternatively 'Nordstennan') a wooden hulled three masted auxiliary schooner, 36.39 L x 8.58 B x 3.53 D metres, 246 gross tons, built 1913 Z. T. Jacobsen, Troense, Denmark, registered in Marstal, Denmark, owner E. B. Kromann, and in passage from Wismar, Germany to Faeroe with a cargo of wood, wrecked on or close to Foula of November 13th 1948.
