Norna (1838)

The Norna, a wooden hulled schooner, 87 GRT, built 1823, Captain Robertson, registered in Lerwick. While in passage with a general cargo of houshold goods, believed to be Christmas stores, from Baltasound, Unst to Cullivoe, Yell was wrecked in Bluemull Sound on December 26th 1838. The vessel broke up, but all of the crew were saved, landing at the Haa o' da Luciegrind.
