Norsemans' Bride

The Norsemans' Bride, an Orkney trawler, was wrecked on the lee shore of Fair Isle during a gale on the 20th January 1975.
Three of the crew were rescued by an inflatable from a rig standby vessel which was nearby, the other three were rescued by local men using a yoal which they transported to the scene on the ferry Good Shepherd.
