Orfasay is a small uninhabited islet which lies off the south coast of the island of Yell. It is approximately 600m long, north to south, 400m wide, and rises to a height of 10m. It is separated from the Ness of Copister, on Yell, by the Sound of Orfasay.
The Haugesund struck a baa near the isle and sank on July 5th 1870.
