Quicksilver were a rock act dating from 1984 to 1994. Playing mainly covers of the classic rock style.

They did reform during the summer of 1999 and played four gigs throughout Shetland and were asked to play at the Millennium Show in 2000 at the Clickimin Leisure Centre, Lerwick.

Quicksilver have reformed, playing a gig named The Return of Quicksilver, to a full house at the Lerwick Legion on 16th June 2012.

The current line up is:

Garry "Brush" Smith (vocals)

Craig Watt (drums)

They are hoping to get back to regular gigging in the near future.
