Simmer Dim Rally

The Simmer Dim Rally is an annual bikers event held in Vidlin. The rally started in 1982, and there has been a rally in Shetland every year since. In 1995, the rally was held in Hillswick as the Vidlin Hall was being used as a temporary school. Every other year has seen the rally being held in Vidlin. (Except 2001 when the rally was cancelled due to Foot & Mouth Disease on the UK mainland.)
