Sawing larch for the haddibaands.

Bulkhead fitted in the stern, across the futtock baands.

Jack making the awkwardly shaped tilfer for the forehead room.
The underside of this tilfer is grooved for the board edges and notched to clear the copper roves.

The fiskabrods prevent the catch from sliding along the inside of the sixareen.

The last tilfer, ready to go in the owse room.
Robbie fits extra supports for the kannie (or hurrik) bulkhead.
The aft compartment, called the kannie (or hurrik), from where the skipper helmed the sixareen.

The rudder of the 117 year old sixareen 'Industry' is held up for comparison.

Rimwales and rouths fitted, horns trimmed to final height and several coats of tar and oil applied.
