St Magnus Bay, (HU250690), is the largest bay on Shetland. Located on the west side of the North Shetland Mainland, between the West Mainland and Eshaness.

At the southwest corner of the bay, 3 miles northwest of Papa Stour, lie the Ve Skerries where the Ben Doran (A178) was wrecked in March 1930, and the Elinor Viking (A278) was wrecked in December 1977.

An unidentified vessel laden with a cargo of timber wrecked in or near the bay in 1732, and the Nuestra Senora De Rosario wrecked at the Ness of Culsetter in the bay in late 1814.
