Sullom Voe, (HU380740), ( Old Norse : Solheimavagr = Sunny Home Bay ), at the west side of Yell Sound, between Delting and Northmavine, in the North Shetland Mainland, is most famous for the Sullom Voe Oil Terminal.
During WWII the voe was used as a base for flying boats. The nearby Scatsta Airport was developed as an aerodrome during WWII.
