Old Housa Voe Pier (Papa Stour) just marked but not linked because their was no "Marinas & Piers" page for that ... any reason ???

I think it got overlooked as they had no representation on the SMPBCA committee. I'd need to have a look at it all again sometime, but in the meantime it deserves to be in there.
Although, anything in Papa may have changed since that brochure was made, as that info was before the construction of the new Breakwater and ro-ro terminal to the north of the pier.
I think we should use the info from the brochure, but add a note that the ro-ro terminal has been added, (any info changes to follow). ;-)
