If the fountain wasn't inaugurated in May 1890,, when was it????

Just checked. The info was from Manson's Almanac, assumed to be accurate.
Also picture on Diana page says "Erected 1890".
If the anonymous user knows that this is wrong, then logic dictates that they know the correct date, and should specify that.
