Shetlopedia - The Shetland Encyclopaedia
What is the right name of this pub ?? The Noost, Da Noost, Danoost or what..,,Da Noost makes most sence to me ;-), but see this link :http://www.pubsulike.co.uk/newps/ShetlandIslands/Lerwick.asp , confusing, but I guess the locals know !!

OK,, Rant coming up,,,,, it is "Da Noost", I find that checking the local directory or the web helps me reduce the number of screw ups I make,,, Rant over... Joking Guys,,,,:-)
Seriously it helps to look at the Shetland Directory, if you have it,,, OK Oddrun, I'll mail you a copy. :-),,, it's not good reading, but among the thousands of books you have it will fit in just fine..

Robbie, that makes the difference between a local and a soothmoother: You have to put on your glases and to work, while me (always preparing the next tripp whensoever it will happen) does only a little click on the right favourite to read it clearly and to enjoy the pic. Loved that link,,, but they got the Thule Bar completely wrong. It is dive... Perhaps we should do out own rating system :-)

I thought it would be useful to move the whole page over. There are a couple of reasons.
1. If a search engine had already indexed the page 'The Noost', then people clicking on that link from a search engine will be automatically re-directed to 'Da Noost'.
2. It moves the talk page as well.
If you're logged in to Shetlopedia then you should see the 'Move' option up at the top of the page.
