Shetlopedia - The Shetland Encyclopaedia
There is a census only every ten years, but I think the Shetland NHS release annual figures for the number of people registered with a doctor. Not the same as a census, but might indicate an upward or downward trend for the intervening years. Don't know if this could be found on-line though :-(
