We don't seem to have a category which can fit.
Quango, was the first word that sprung to my mind, but that isn't exactly helpful ;-) :-))
We have the same problem with the Shetland Amenity Trust.
Perhaps we need a sub category of the SIC for organizations like these. And also some category which fits under the business heading.
Shetland Enterprise is there under "Advice and Help", but I had thought of adding a category called "Business Development" for them, maybe that would work for the development trust also??
