Twageos road extends from its junction with Commercial Street, and Lovers Loan, at the Widows Homes, southwards past Midgarth Crescent, the Anderson High School, and the bottom of Gressy Loan, to its end at the entrance to the Lerwick kirk yard at the Knab.
