Ulsta Ferry Terminal with both the Daggri and Dagalien at berths, during a time when only one ferry is being used.

Ulsta pontoon, which was created for local boats as part of the construction of the new ferry terminal.

Upon entering Yell from the Yell Sound ferry, the first area you meet is Ulsta. Near the Ulsta ferry terminal is the Ulsta Shop and further along the road is the main area of Ulsta. The Ulsta Post Office is at the top of the hill just past the chalets if you take the road to the right instead of continuing around the corner.
