The Undersea Fibre Optic Cable is a fiber-optic cable connecting The Faroe Islands to the mainland through Orkney and Shetland. The Shetland project is being fronted by Tulloch Developments.

The Cable will cross through Shetland at Maywick, near Bigton over to Sanick in Sandwick.

The project is expected to be operational by 2008.
