Walls Bakery, Walls, West Shetland Mainland, is run by Charles and Angela Hodge, who took over the bakery in 1988. The bakery was housed in an old converted church, and the conditions were very cramped and old fashioned. In 1992 a new bakery was opened, designed to the newest European hygiene standards.
Walls Bakery has a tearoom, Baker's Rest, opened in 2004, which serves morning coffee, hot and cold snacks and afternoon tea.
