The Whinlatter (formerly Mary Roberts), an iron hulled barque, 1378 GRT, 72 L x 11 B metres, built 1887, registered in Christiania (now Oslo), Norway.
This vessel is understood to have been sunk by a German submarine attack, at an unspecified position generally to the NW of Shetland on May 25th 1917.
