The Whiteness and Weisdale War Memorial is a red granite celtic cross erected at the roadside between Whiteness and Weisdale.
The front base has the inscription :"To the memory of the men from Whiteness and Weisdale who fell in the Great War 1914 - 1918". Above is listed the names of all men from this area who fell in the First World War
On one side side is added the words "In Memory 1939 - 1945" and a list of all the men who fell in the Second World War.
