An unidentified vessel, registered in Denmark, laden with a cargo of wadmal, salt, mutton, tallow and butter, from Iceland, wrecked on the west coast of Yell. All aboard perished. Some records also state this vessel was carrying 2000 Dollars Specie (Silver Coin).
